VK Korabelnaya

VK Korabelnaya is a datacenter in St Petersburg operated by VK. Capacity: ≈15–20 MW (design). Planned.

A VK datacenter on the site of the former turbine hall of the Pervomayskaya CHP plant (TETs-14) in Kirovsky district. Data Center M100 LLC (VK) bought the building from TGC-1 in September 2024. Per the developer: a building of about 12,000 m² with four machine-hall modules and an energy centre. Capacity and timeline not disclosed; demolition of the old building was being prepared in 2024. ≈15–20 MW is an estimate: in 2025 VK told TAdviser it was building four datacenters in Moscow and St Petersburg of 15–20 MW each, without naming the sites.
